ok i have installed my new header and removed the old 1,i have made the new 1 the same spec as the old but for some reason it shows up real small and doesnt fit in the block?
Please if anybody knows how too make this flash header show up bigger i would love you forever.

also, to answer your other question.. you can not just remove the folders and expect your pc not to auto cache stuff. CTRL+F5 is your friend when you doing webpages.. or set your browser up to not to cache webpages.
You are using one of MARS's themes and in order to change his themes I would go over to portalthemes.com where you got the theme and ask him there.
