Custom Block Placement and New Theme (RESOLVED)

I just put a new theme on my site and my block placement no longer works. In previous themes that I've used I was able to set the blocks to say "Display on only - Home" However with this theme it does not work. What can I do to fix this?

...um I just refreshed my page and the blocks are placing correctly now. The only thing I did different was deactivated a block. No idea how that could make a difference though. Not complaining though. :) -
