Error with new registration

I've upgraded from pn726 to PN 760.
When a new user try to resgister there is this error in page user.php

Go to your Modules administration, regenerate, initialize the Mailer mod and activate it.
Upgrade the other modules that might need to be upgraded as you are instructed by the upgrade instructions in the manual.txt.
