No man new users that log in cant see anythin on the front page,no pics,no side blocks nothin at all!

It not about posting its about the side block and menu bars and stuff there is just nothin there?Once you have logged into the site what do you se on the front page?

so I dont know what yourproblem is.
have them clear there cookies and temp files and when they view the site press ctrl F5 -

Thats weird man ive done everythin you said and i still dont see anythin on the front page once ive logged in,i do when im under my normal admin account but not wen im on my user account?Very strange i dont see no news,no shout box no teamspeak block ....nothin at all and to top it all off i messed my forums up now aswell :(

Ok check this out for strange i change my user account name from MOD too CoRRuPT and now i can see everythin fine?
Ha ha it has sumthin to do with the name i used for some reason.
And i was doing stuff to the forums and now i have tried to re-initialise it but it says this --> Fatal error: Call to undefined function: page_header() in /hsphere/local/home/ownage/softerritory.com/modules/PNphpBB2/pninit.php on line 141
