I just updated my postnuke .750 installation to AutoTheme lite .85 from .8. Everything worked ok, except now it does not seem to import a themes custom CSS anymore. If you go to thekots.com and look at the forums and at our DKP system there used to be custom CSS for both of these. Is there something I can do to fix this or is it a bug in AT Lite?

Yes, Create a copy of theme.html and call it forums.html
In the header of forums.html add the link to the stylesheet for your forum theme
Then in AT admin for your theme, create a custom page for PNphpBB2 and set it to use forums.html as its template and doctype to transitional 4.01
