oohh. chuskyy,, we'll soon be moved to the recicled bin i think ;)...
for third party modules you need to have the translation of the module,..
For ex: you uploaded the spanish core translation to yoursite, and installed pnforum(3party module). You won't see pnforum in spanish, .. But.. there's a trick!
In case you don't want to translate a module (which takes not much normally)..
EX: You have english and catalan language in yoursite core
you install pnforum with an english and spanish files
So you find the 'spa' file for pnforum and RENAME it into 'cat'
You will see in the catalonian language part of your site, pnforum in spanish
