I have put together the beginning site for helping college students that have been displaced due to Hurricane Katrina. The website is http://www.helpkatrinastudents.com I really need some help. Besides the fact that I just started using PostNuke, I really don't have the time. I'm getting only about two or three hours of sleep. I'm working full time, going to college full time, and trying to help college students that have had their colleges closed this semester because of Hurricane Katina. I need a couple of pros that can put on the magic touch so that when people come to this site, they want to help students. Additionally, although I am specifically helping students that want to come to college here in Corpus Christi, Texas, I would like the site to be available for students to post request to go to other colleges/universities. And for those that are willing to host displaced students to list their information as well. I've had a great response from the local college and university, but we are on a narrow timeline. I have a few volunteers here helping me, but I can't do it all. I'm lining up resources, trying to publicize that we are taking students here, etc......

I also need help publicizing this site and getting the word out that students from the affected area have an opportunity now to go to college here. I'll find them housing, books, supplies, and whatever they need. If you live in an area that has brought victims from Katrina if you could contact your local officials and let them know that this site exists and perhaps my phone number. I'm hoping to bring 500 students here within the next couple of days if I can find them. Again please help me get this site presentable. Any suggestions as well would be appreciated.
