    Maybe I am missing something but what is the point to the HTTP referers mod?

    When I hit "Delete Referers" all I am doing is removing the item from the DB.

    Lets you know who is linking back to you. If you don't want to keep track of it, you can either set the module to off or remove it.

    That is what I was thinking but just wanted to be on the safe side before doing something with it.

    Plus, removing it gives a performance boost. Same goes for the stats module.
