  Those are HTML themes - suitable for designers, but they are not deployable themes.

  ok 1st off.. warwick is right.. those themes are HTML themes.
  
  2nd. To get those templates to work with postnuke (AutoTheme or xanthia) you would have to modify them yourself (or pay someone else to do it for you)
