I've been reading through the forum for info on upgrading to .76 from .75 and before I go through all of that, I just wanted to ask what would happen if I backed up all the data from my database, deleted all the PostNuke tables, deleted all my PostNuke files, and installed .76 as a new install, instead of an upgrade?
Will I be able to add the data for my .75 version of PostNuke to the tables of the .76 version?
I know I'd have to reinstall all my third party modules, but if I backup the tables and the data, that won't be too big of a problem.
Also, am I going to have to remod my Xan theme, 'cause I really hated that the first time around and don't much like the thought of having to do it again.
I can do installs without to many problems, but when it comes to upgrades, I alway screw something up, and this upgrade looks like a bit**!

Should I take this deafening quiet to mean that this won't work?
