  Hi,
  
  Where do i download the classifieds & message board mods and how do i install them? I dont see anywhere in admin to install mods?

  THE classifieds and message board? There are many varieties of each available. You would download them from whatever third-party was offering them - check in the module news here at postnuke or search it for those terms.
  
  Once you find one that you think will work for you, download them from wherever they're being hosted, follow any included readme or intall docs and then go to ADMIN - > MODULE - > REGNERATE - >INITIALIZE - > ACTIVATE
  
  Then, again go to ADMIN - > NEW MODULE and set any configuration needed.
  
  Two that I use are PNz_classifieds and pnForum - both are working great for me on .750 and .760 sites. (search this forum for where to find most updated versions)

  ya, i'm looking for both of those and keep getting links that are broken or take me to sites that have nothing to do with those programs. do you know of any sites that have a bunch of the 3rd party mods avail for download. there has to be an easier way to find them.

  the forum one i could find, but not the classifieds. i clicked on each of those links and did not find anything. some of it, i couldn't even read, so maybe i passed over it.

  jmvedrine, thanks for all your good work on the classifieds module
  
  i installed this new block and have found that it doesn't display .gif thumbnail images in latestx block HOWEVER the classifieds module does display .gif fine, is this a bug?

  Hello,
  Can you tell me with what block(s) exactly you have some problem ?
  In my version the name of the blocks that you see at block creation are:
  1) zclassifieds last ads images (lastads_img),
  2) zclassifieds last ads by cat (lastads_bycat),
  3) zclassifieds last ads by type (lastads_bytype),
  4) PN_zClassifieds featured ad block(featured_ad),
  5) PN_zClassifieds ads/cats block (zclassifieds)
  Only blocks 1, 4 and 5 are using images. During my tests I had no problem displaying images with these blocks.
  Does the image appear as a broken image sign ? If yes can you right click on it and verify the image address and if it is different of what it should be ?
  If your website is online can you provide a link so that I can see the problem ?
  Note : a frequent problem is that users still have old PN_zClassifieds blocks in includes/blocks directory.
