Where can I find newbie documentaion on:
How to configure PN
Find New Modules not in core e.g a Contacts Module with names and address
How to change the look and feel of the application
How to use "Themes"
etc?

Look up... look way up, across the top of this site (on every page) you will find links to pnDocs and pnModules etc... These should lead you in the right direction.
In pnDocs, in the right column, you'll find a link to the documentation library.
