To follow the purpose of my site, I've changed some items of my original PN0.75 with french language pack :
- banner & PostNukeBlue theme in general (Read more now available...)
- errors in translation (Topics = 'thèmes' in french, some _var items...)
- twin Login BLOCK erased when you're not registerered
and so on...

The question is : working on a WINDOWS station, the original unzip of 'PN0.75 + french language pack' don't preserve file persmissions, so how am I supposed to transfer files to my server and defined exactly the whole permissions of my folders & files ... ? (Is it just recommended to follow the 'special' permissions for the define files displayed during the install and set 'r-x' permissions for all the others?).

Then I will upgrade to the 0.76 version before I enter my contents.
