Okay I have read through many threads in this forum dealing with the Failed to load module XYZ (at function: "main") problem, tried and checked a lot of stuff and still did not find any clue on how to solve this problem as somehow quite a few modules produce this error.
- I have checked for modules/modules vs modules/Modules
- I have checked the table for wrong settings
- I have checked for linking errors for example [xyz] vs {xyz}
but nada and even AlarContact which is ought to run does not run!
Modules that I have confirmed to not run on my site are:

Flash_Chat
xConvert
AutoConvert
AlarContact
FriendFinder
My Site is running .750 on linux with MySQL 4.0.15, running an AT theme at the moment.

I just found the solution to this problem in another post... InvalidResponse was the one who posted the original solution... I had the problem with my phpWiki module giving this error when I upgraded to 0.7.6.0. Here's the soution:

the "failed to load Module Modname (at function: "main")" messages are usually due to an odd phenomenon where the type mystically changes or doesn't inherit the proper value on initialize.
the cure: go to your databse, locate the table nuke_modules, select that table, find the affected module in the pn_name column and change pn_type to 2 for API type modules (which Xanthia is) and type 1 for old style modules.
some users have also reported the old style modules no longer work correctly giving a "module not available" error.. in this case you would check to make sure the value of pn_type is set to 1.
..I'd say before doing any of this, ensure that the module is "active" in Admin->Modules
