That not work for me, What i did?
Inside Internet Explorer Settings:
.- Cookies have been cleaned.
.- Files have been cleaned.
.- History have been cleaned.
Inside Web Site:
.- Xanthia themes have been deactivated (using extralite now).
.- Cache files and pntemp folder have been totally cleaned.
.- Xanthia themes have been setting up again (using main xanthia theme for the site once more).
After and between all this steps
bbcode have been tested with the same result, no success.
To ilustrate more the problem, the following is an spanish message taken from user Dranuls in dev-postnuke forum:
he metio el parche ese pa q el pnforum funcione bien con el bbcode del 0.760, el problema esq no funciona del todo correctamente, lo que hace esq el codigo del bbcode te lo mete en el mismo boton q pulsas

I have added the addon patch to make pnforum works ok with 0.760, the problem is that it does not works correctly, what it does is to introduce the code for bbcode inside the button you are pushing off
Well, is the same problem but related for other user in another way, note that this have been reported for other site so the enviroment for his web and mine probably must not be the same, settings for explorer could be different too, so we have an ugly problem here...
2 years dancing salsa here in europe are totally great!!!, i also like miami style, is very similar to cuban style :)
