How to use a simple JavaScript code in the footer message

Hi,
I'm brand new to PostNuke (v. 0.750b).
The question is :
> I'd like to have an hypertext link in the footer messages (Settings MODULE) that will open a new window with special width and height
(with HTML text in it, no big deal ... :) ).
A spectacular Dreamweaver tool (Script : Open a new navigator window) provides me the JavaScript code but... how am I supposed to put
this in the footer messages ?
I can't find the way !
I know that an section shall be modified to put the JavaScript function ?...
