Upgrade problems from .72 to .76

Hi. I'm trying to upgrade from PostNuke .72 to .76, running under PHP 5.0.4, Apache 1.3.33 (UNIX). I run the upgrade script (enter the DB info, go to the Upgrade button from .72.) But when I go to the site, I get an error message on line 42 of header.php - cannot find function themeheader(). We were not previously using a Xanthia theme, we were using the standard PostNuke theme that came with .72.
Any help would be great...

use the PostNuke Swiss Army Knife tool to reset the theme to ExtraLite and re-read the installation docs.
