First, you've got an older version of PostNuke there it looks like. forget about that one. Remove all those files and upload the latest release. You'll find the link in my sig, or on the main PostNuke site for downloading.
Second, do yourself a favor and find out if you have a SQL database. I got a funny feeling about that place, just by the full page popup that I get when clicking the link you posted.
