If I'm not logged in, the postnuke.com site's front page has a nice picture of PostNuke in action and the text "- take the tour -", however there is no link to anything.
If I log in, that screenshot and the "- take the tour -" aren't there.
Is it broken? A work in progress? An oversight, because developers only ever view the site in 'login' mode?
Thanks ...

Uhm, I think he means http://www.postnuke.com/
Access it as a guest and there is a login/welcome message that has a screenshot image with 'take the tour' underneath it. Neither the image or the 'take the tour' text have a link associated with them. Clicking on them does nothing. It's confusing to say the least.
Also, clicking the documentation link under pnDevelopment results in a 404 page not found error.
If you're concerned about giving good first impressions, you might want to fix these...
