Is there a troubleshooter module or something like that under a different name?
or else, does anyone have a troubleshooter script which doesnt necessarily need to be integrateble with postnuke?? (not that there is anything in a troubleshooter that requires integrating)

troubleshooter for what? PHP? server setup? postnuke? E_ALL reporting? windows has one built in if you're having trouble with it.
