.726 to .750 Upgrade - Admin Message, Right Blocks Not Show

Hello,
I upgraded from .726 to .750 last night and on the surface everything appears to have gone well. Except when i switched from Extralite to my regular theme the admin message and right blocks will not show. Any ideas why this happened? If I switch back to extralite I can see them...

What sort of theme is it - AutoTheme? Have you upgraded your AutoThemes module to the newest version?
