I have been searching this in the forum for some hours now but can not find an answer to this peculiar problem.
I recently upgraded a site http://www.agendax.no to 7.50 and now the theme C-Blue is not showing the center block as well as the right blocks on the index page.
Could someone here enlighten me on this? Under 7.23 everything was working fine.

It is probably a compatibility problem. You need to ask the author of the theme. -

I am using AutoTheme .8 from Spidean. I have now downloaded Autoconvert and converted hajblue theme. The converted theme (still customizing) seems to work fine with all the blocks shown as they should be. However, the behaviour of C-Blue theme still baffles me! -

You could try copying theme.cfg from a working theme to the C-Blue folder.
Could be a corruption issue there.

I tried to do this but then strange things happened. With some theme.cfg files I could show the center and right blocks on the index page but then the right blocks would dissapear from the rest of the pages. In short, what worked on the index did not work for the rest of the pages and vice versa.
In addition to all this I could not configure the theme from AutoTheme admin though I had CHMODed all the required files.

Try replacing the theme.php from the Auto Theme theme included with the Auto Theme module ;)
