PNAMENU not loading

I can see pnamenu in the admin, and see the main menu in pnamenus admin panel. when I try to creat a new menu sometime get "not authorized to perform this function...." other times I get "module failed to load." I am using .75 gold and have AutoTheme 1.7 and the only other modules I have installed ( wich all have work perfectly ) are postcalendar, and htmlpages. (fixed the typo in there and works great)... any clues?
