I am wondering IF it is legal to display comics though phpcomic or any other Comic Script...

Anyone could clarify this?

That would depend almost entirely on what the copyright restrictions were on the comics. With permission, you can display anything. You might try to get it in writing though... a signed letter of consent will get you a lot further in court than any email. It also may have to do with where you live/host. Generally speaking, if it comes from another site, you'd best look deep into the Terms Of Service on that site - especially when it comes to something that Big Media may be highly protective of.

There are quite a few "newbie" comix cartists as well as those who do it for the love of their art - I look for those that are "Kid Safe" since much of the "indie" stuff is more adult related.

If you're poking fun at, reporting on, or talking about an individual comic, you could probably use any comic/strip legally under Fair Use.
