I just stumbled upon a site that puts one in mind of the nuke style on steriods. It's a 3-column layout of sorts. Maybe a cross between Mambo and PN.
Anyway, what I found initially interesting was each block has tabs at the top. Click a tab and the block changes content. Kinda nice and doesn't require as much vertical screen real-estate.
It appears they are using flash, but it must be done in the CSS's because a view source of the page produces no flash stuff that I can see (and the page is quite short for all that is presented).
The font size is small (too small IMHO) and the screen appears somewhat busy. That said, I think it's worth a look-see.

If this site is using a CMS package, I'd like to know what it is!

Asp website... dhtml, asp objects and javascript for the tabs you are seeing...
The source you see is short because they are using frames... you must view the frames individually to see the source of it.

interesting ... it uses dynamic HTML and JavaScript to make it happen look here:
http://www.k10k.net/pages/front/large.aspx?customSize=large&linkSettings=off
(this get rids of the frames)
it is some ASP based thingy ...
I am sure you can do the same with a Postnuke Xanthia theme
if you try hard enough ...
