I'm interested to know if the owner is willing to share the theme/codes as I would like to do something just like this for our community organization.
If no one is the owner, can someone please suggest one that closely resembles it?

That theme would be relatively easy to turn into a Xanthia theme. And the calendar is the PostCalendar module.
