hello everyone,
i was wondering if there is a way to make users register choosing their password directly in the register section, and not having a random password mailed to them, because on the system i have PostNuke i can't use mail() nor smpt().

i can use mail() neither because of required authentification. I integrated phpmailer into the pnAPI mail function. the class in quite powerfull and should suite to your needs have a look at my thread:
