Deactivated modules keep showing up in the Nav menu

Hi!

I was trying to get rid of a module in the left-hand list, but no success.

For instance I don't need AvantGo

So I deactivated it in the Admin module settings, but it still shows up in the left hand navigation menu. Clicking it, results in "Not available" - which is ok, but why do I still see it in the list?

I also was trying to deinstall it, so that it did not show up in the Admin modules list any more - but it is still in the navigation menu, seen by every user, but not useable.

How can I actually get rid of modules that I don't need?
Means not just deactivate it, but totally hide it?

PS: I just installed PostNuke, so I am running the current version, sitting on an Linux/Apache server.
