no tables or outlines :(
I am using a modified version of a theme i got from webvida.
Not sure on how to correct this, but i re-uploaded the memberslist module and it did not fix it. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Yes. You can set that in the color section of the AutoTheme admin (table border, table background, etc...) or you can do it with styles.

Tried that, it effects admin and other center modules(like downloads), but doesn't effect the memberslist
It's almost like the module is missing open and close tables. I even redownloaded postnuke and overwrote my memberlist with a fresh one. Same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
