  Am looking for some form of "Suggestion Box" module that allows registered users to post suggestions anonymously. Would be nice if only admins can view into the "box".
  
  Anything out there that might fit the bill or at least be hacked/modded and shoehorned into place to work?

  Any Module in mind??
  I found the Feedback module v0.1 (author: Simon Wunderlin), but was hoping for something a little more robust or newer. Any ideas?
  
  I could mod this feedback module to do what I need it to...

  i recommend TBContact as it is pnapi compliant and im pretty sure its templated too.

  Or you could use a forum, or you could use Pagesetter, or, with changes to the language files, even PrayerPost can do it.

  Forums wouldn't work becuase the user must be able to choose to be anonymous or provide their name. Will look at the others. Currently TBContact may be the frontrunner, but I need to acquire the hardware and resources to stand up a test version of my PN install to try this out on.

  i use TB Contact as well, that can do what you want it to do.

  *you can customize what feilds you want as well, such as website, phone etc.
  
  you can choose what to make mandatory or not

  Just FYI...
  
  I ended up using the Feedback module and modifying it to my needs.
  
  Modded to:
  
  Remove sending email and email responses.
  Changed DB structure to include only data I want.
  Name is optional field.
  Modifying content displayed to admin that sees message.
  "Mark as read" button rather than auto-read.
  "Delete" button to remove item from database.
