Are you using clark connect? I think there's something off there.... this is a problem (the dreaded line 36) that's well documented but unsolved:

If you follow that link, you'll see that it's us clark people that are having this problem...
I've concluded to build my webserver from scratch... everything... apache,mysql,PHP....
That should work....hopefully!
stay in touch with whatever you find out works or doesn't with your install...
