Hello,
I'm wanting to make a lot of custom pages. I tried installing both Content Express and PagEd, and couldn't get either of them to work (are they incompatible with Xanthia?). So I guess I'll just use the sections module to make my custom pages. But I have a couple questions about it:
1. How do I make a section page load as the index of the site? I see how to set the sections module as the index in PN settings. But I want an actual section page to load first, not a list of sections. Can this be done?

2. How would I go about getting rid of all the extra stuff on the section pages, such as the total words and reads, print link, sections index link......? I think I need to edit the section module's index.php to get rid of them, but I'm not overly familiar with PHP commands and I'm afraid I'd delete something I'm not supposed to, so if someone could please tell me what lines to get rid of I'd greatly appreciate it.

Pagesetter would might be a good solution for you, it will do what you want and it would be a lot easier than hacking away at the sections module. You can find it here:
