Using A Different (not default 3306) Port for Database?

    I searched the site and then looked at the pnAPI.php code. I don't see any way to use a port other than the default for connecting to the database - any database. I guess if you're using Oracle and TNSNAMES.ORA you do it there. What about with MySQL?

    I admit I am not, not a guru on MySQL so this may be a stupid question. If so sorry.

    Okay, why is it that everytime I ask a dumb question the very next thing I find is the answer. I found the my.cnf documentation.
