Thats my problem any idea for fix it?, please guys let me know.

What version of PostNuke are you using?
Is this a new install?
Any changes made to the server recently?

is a new install, the version is:PostNuke-0.760-RC4b, and not changes made to my server recently

You're missing a plugin - do you have all the files uplaoded correctly?

yes, i unziped them in to the folder and i ran the install.php all is ok the only thing is that error

The plugin file in the modules\Admin_Messages\pntemplates\plugins folder is MIS-NAMED...

Just rename to:

function.adminmessagesadminlinks.php

instead of the function.adminmessagesadminlink that is is now.

This will fix this problem
