    I'm not sure if this is or isn't a stupid question but... Is the theme that used on PostNuke.com itself freely available to the public?

    There is no 'official' distribution of the PostNuke.com theme, however there is a hacked version lying around somewhere. But, there's not much to these themes other than the header graphics, so I'm sure you could make your own.
