What i would like to do is to have a fancy written name for the block concerned. I have seen it added as a image.
To see what i mean http://coya.coptic.ca/ and have a look at the main menu and forums block
How would i go about adding to a block.

AutoTheme has the option to use images for block titles, but you have to use an AT Theme. (or hack the default green and purple theme)

There is also a plugin for Xanthia that will allow you to have images for the block titles. If the image is available it shows if not the default title text appears. Although AutoTheme and Xanthia do it a little differently, the results are the same.
BTW. that theme is a legacy theme (not AutoTheme or Xanthia), I've used it myself a few times. Look in the page source to see the copyright and credits. So you see the image title stuff you are talking about can be put into any theme AutoTheme and Xanthis just do it a bit differently.
