  • Modules for PN don't run outside of PN. They could be "converted" I suppose, but that's pointless as virtually everything PN offers can be had as a stand-alone.

Don't feel like a lack of PHP knowledge will hold you back from using a PN site though...it's geared toward DIY...and if you can run a web-browser, you can have a successful site without much assistance at all.

For the most part, I don't think you'll find people jumping up to help you with your site; we're glad to help with questions and support here on the forums, but (though I'm not speaking for everyone) I don't touch a person's site without compensation.

Your best bet is to download the latest stable release of PN .750 and read the pnGuide. Then install it to a test location somewhere on your domain where you can get the hang of it before moving to production. Bottom line: The more you help yourself, the more help you'll also get around here...from what I've noticed.

Stand alone? how do i get the Downloads stuff stand alone for my site?
  • I think most here would tell you that if you want to solve your problems with Postnuke, then we're all here to help, but if you are trying to solve it another way, there are other sites that would likely be of more assitance to you.
  • Yes, I think that about wraps it up craigh. There's really no sense for us to help un-nuke something...our approach would be exactly the opposite.

@CrOBoY2001 - once you find a script that offers the functionality you need, you will most likely find support wherever you got it from.
