I just installed nukewrapper module in my windows base pn.750 installation and when I try to wrap a page I gets these error messages on top of my page:

Notice: Undefined index: PATH_TRANSLATED in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\page.php on line 1019
Notice: Undefined index: DOCUMENT_ROOT in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\page.php on line 1025
Notice: Undefined variable: ValidExpr in c:\Inetpub\wwwroot\page.php on line 294
Pls can some one tell me the way out.

Is like I didn't properly installed nukewraper initially which I've corrected but now when I click on the icon on the admin panel I get this error:
Fatal error :
module = NukeWrapper
op = main
How can this be resolved -
