It might be worthwhile to create specific forums for discussing issues with the release candiates. Many of the issues (i.e. bugs) that would be discussed in these forums are likely to be resolved once the formal release is created.
I agree that bugs should logged in the NOC, however sometimes their are issues / confusion with new features that don't warrant a bug report.
These could be placed in the "pnDevelopers Corner" and then locked once the release has gone from candiate status to formal release status. Ideally the forum would have the title something like "0.760 developmental releases".
Another benefit is that new PostNuke users won't be confused about releases and features that could still be a few months off. -

IMHO, new PN users aren't usually up to speed enough to be worrying about release candidtates. People who are confused about releases and features should be using the latest stable release and saving themselves the head-banging. I think to create a dedicated forum for this is to invite more people to bring support requests...people who aren't even up to par with .750 yet...
I personally don't want to see a string of archived (locked) forums hanging around by the time 1.0 arrives either...
...but that's just me...

At this point, I agree with John. Those who venture in to the RC and CVS code bases should use the NOC bug tracker to report issues.
