  Hi Guys I was wondering if there was a module out there that will play 1 song when someone visits your domain

  you could try a jukebox module. But if it's only one song, you could simply embed the track in a HTML block. Just make sure your users can switch it off :|

  Simon's solution will give you a track of music, but it will stop and restart on each page-click unfortunately.
  
  I offer a commercial service to integrate streaming music (which isn't affected by page-clicks and doesn't require a second window,) but you must have expressely written permission to use any tracks you want to use. I do ask for a copy of the release for my records. PM me if interested.
