Multisite perfectly worked in PN 0.726, but after upgrade has ceased to work and writes Session initialisation failed.
The main domain works without problems.

Did you overwrite your multisite module? If so, you'll have lost some multisite settings

There are some slight differences between the .750 pntables file and the .726 ones. You'll need to make the relevant changes to the pntables file for each subsite.
