How could i get a normal page setup? Were i click it and it has the same top and side and stuff as other pages but its not as complicated to make (or if it's not that complicated to make a editable page) so that i could use the site like a normal one other than the news.

You can use sections for this purpose.
Or you could download a 3rd party module such as htmlpages, Pagesetter, content express or similar.

I tried ALL those third party modules. None of them came up in the administrative panel except htmlpages, but that one would not allow HTML code. I also couldn't change the setting of which codes were allowed.
Also, now i cna't install more modules. Because whne i go to regenerate, it goes to a blank white page.

You've broken things because of the way you uploaded the modules.
Before uploading and unpacking the archive, you need to check the directory structure - Pagesetter is in modules/pagesetter, but if you uploaded and extracted it in the modules directory, you'll get this path:
modules/modules/pagesetter
This prevents it from being detected by the modules module as Pagesetter.
Secondly, you now have two modules directories 'modules' and 'Modules'
BY regenerating with two modules directories, you've caused the Modules module to stop working.
You need to delete the lowercase version of the directory, then go into phpMyAdmin, browse to the nuke_modules table, and delete the corresponding entry for 'modules' (make sure you get the right one!)
This will restore your site.
