I installed the latest version of v4bJournal.
My question is, how do I make the Journal page go from looking like this:

Question about v4bJournal design

Hi,
v4bJournal would look the way you want it to if your theme were correct. v4bJournal uses the color definitions from your theme to color these horizontal bars. So fix your theme to provide the proper bgcolor1 and bgcolor2 and you should be OK.
