my customized postnukeblue theme navigation has shrunk and my menu labels do not have enuff space to be on a single line... can someone please tell me how to fix this? even if it mean inserting or editing some code... please be specific as im not much of a programmer...

please look at the menu block on the left side at the URL below (expand image for clearity!)... it has shrunk, how do i expand it... please be specific...
