  Looks to me like its just a PHP website. I see no evidence of a CMS system powering it.

  hehe, actually im reading this manga, and this site download is down almost everytime
  
  just for refer, narutofan is exactly the same "structure" , maybe they programmed a custome CMS and use it for two or three sites...

  Once you learn PHP, its almost easier to create a PHP website than it is to use Postnuke. Especially if you don't need user registration.

  mm, the point of watching unlicenced anime with the excuse like this: "it legal until someone bought the rights" is pretty weak...
  
  so we can say its legal to download unlicenced animes/mangas and... it is selling RAW episodes of animes on internet 1 day and the next day some translation group release the episode for free!
  
  they aren't forcing people to buy them but i think this is the dirtiest way to make money with other people sacrifice.
