I set up the latest EnvoAvatar and im having some issues with the admin settings.. I want to sync my avatars that are in my PNphpbb dir.. images/avatars/upload but every time I put that in and try to upload an avatar it says Fail to copy the file in phpbbs dir.. ?
I have the debug code in to print out the dir results.
copy /var/tmp/phpwioDde to images/avatar/pers_2.jpg
well I can see from the above example that there is in images/avatar dir is it not using the PN Dir path ?
Putting the full path on my server in there allows me to upload an avatar but the images is broken, Red X.. doing right click and properties it shows me that its not finding the full path..
http://www.mysite.com/images/avatar/pers_2.jpg
seems like we have some path issues in the code..
im using PN .750
any thoughts?

What path is defined for the "PHPBB avatar dir" in the admin menu for EnvoAvatar, and does that directory have the appropriate permissions?
Does uploading work correctly (it shows up correctly under "My Account/Edit Your Information"), but it doesn't show up correctly in the forum?
