At Lite .7 is not better than .8
I don't think switching to .7 would solve the problem.
Is it just the theme you bought from me or do all autothemes cause that error? Its possible, although not very likely, that the theme.php file in the theme is corrupt. -

What I've got is, that you are using a Apache server on windows, which is ok.
You are allready lucky that windows displays a error message, but still you need to configure your php.ini.
You might need to search the forum how to configure your Apache server to get Postnuke 750 to run.
As I mentioned before, try to install postnuke 726 on your localhost and AutoTheme. I think you wouldn't have any problems.
It's that your Apache server and PHP and not configured for Postnuke 750
