Resolved: Upgraded - now log in try brings up blank screen

I upgraded to .750 and everything works fine until I try to log in. Whether I use the login block or click to go to a login screen, what comes up is a BLANK SCREEN with no error messages. The file it points to is user.php from the root of my install, but that's all. Anyone have an idea what would cause this? I've tried deleting cookies and also tried 2 different browsers.

I made an installation error. This was a test run and therefore I had installed to a different location but forgot to update my config.php file to reflect that.
