  Is there any modules out there where i can just have it a Blank Page but put whatever I want in it? I want to make a staff page with all our names, bios, and pictures (is there a module that does that maybe?)

  Yes, assuming .750, MarkWest's DynaMod is great. I used it heavily in a site conversion I did a while back.

  I'll second that recommendation for DynaMod. I'm using it for 7 different modules on one of my sites. :)

  You could create this as an HTML page and display it wrapped in NukeWrapper.
