I have never installed this module but if it is up-to-date but typically you should extract the module. Upload the module into the module directory
html/modules/"staffstatus" module folder
Then go to your site's admin panel
1. Choose "modules"
2. Choose "regenerate"
3. Scroll down to the "staffstatus" module
4. Choose "initialize", then "activate"
After these steps then you will be able to set up the module further from the admin panel by choosing the "staffstatus" icon.
You can also get more information about how to customize PN in the docs section here: http://docs.postnuke.com

Do you have the link where I can download the module? I'll install it on my test site and see if I get the same error. BTW: What version of PN are you using?

hello, I was thinking that dp-staffstatus v1.2 was a block and not a module. The copy I got has an HTML folder with the exact subfolder hierarchy so that you can upload things in the right place. A part goes in your_site/images/dpBlocks/StaffStatus/ and the other in your_site/includes/blocks/ and your_site/includes/language/blocks. Nothing goes in modules and there is no Admin panel, you choose all options when you create the block. But maybe your copy is different ?
Official site for all dp-blocks and other dp-addons is http://www.dev-postn…changelang-eng.html

That would make a difference :) Now I think I know which block he is talking about. Is it the one that shows the members online etc? If so then you're right, it won't show up in the admin panel, you need to add the block then set up the details as you add the block. :)

Looks like you need to upload the english file into the languages folder. And if this isn't present then you'll have to create one so you have English language defines somewhere for this block. :) If I remember correctly it should be includes/language/blocks/eng/"name of file".
All the best,
Vanessa
